This month we focused on “Blessings” how to be grateful for all the good that you have.  We had 2 callers with questions that won a free meditation recording.  Caller 1 asked about how to decide if medication is the best route.  Caller 2 needed help transitioning into a new job – we did a GREAT guided visual imagery to help her create her new reality.
